1. Soft Landscaping

The maintenance of all plants, trees, bushes, hedges and grass to be managed (cut and edged). This include the management of all flower beds. The removal (in an environmentally sound manner) of all weeds across any paths, car parks or flower beds.

2. Hard Landscaping

The Grounds Maintenance and Planting Services include the maintenance, repair and renewal of hard surfacing, car parking areas, walls, fences, hedges, grassed areas and Beds, trees, shrubs, and other planting ‘unadopted’ roads and paths, external drainage, painted lines and road markings kerbs, decking, gullies, ramps and drains, external Furniture, fountains, water features, benches, artwork, bus shelters, smoking shelters and any other external areas those are not included within the scope of Building Fabric Services, Landscape and Grounds is staffed by highly skilled, horticultural professionals with decades of experience in their trades. They provide a variety of outdoor maintenance services to the Company communities.

3. Plants

The maintenance, cleaning and repair of all plants, window boxes or pots, and the maintenance (which includes the feeding watering and grooming) of all internal plants.

4. Flowers/Replacement Plants

The provision of fresh flowers/plants as required of the appropriate standards and the replacement and cleaning of all planters and pots or vases used for flower displays.
